Corporate Membership
Overgate Hospice have developed successful partnerships with a wide range of Calderdale companies and are constantly striving to establish sustainable relationships with both existing and new businesses within the Calderdale community.
In order to launch corporate support we have launched anew initiative of corporate membership.
In 2009 the running costs for Overgate hospice will be £1.9 million. The local Primary Care Trusts will cover 18% of costs. This leaves a staggering amount of money to be raised from voluntary sources and therefore we rely very heavily on our local community to raise over £4000 needed each day so that we can continue to provide our care and we never take your support for granted.
Corporate support is much valued by Overgate Hospice and presently makes up 2% of total charitable contributions currently received.
As a company supporting Overgate Hospice you will be making a positive contribution to the local community thereby bringing social and financial benefits for Overgate Hospice and fulfilling your Corporate Social Responsibility.
When your company supports us by becoming a corporate member you will be touching the lives of the patients and families that access Overgate Hospice each year and you help will collectively help raise the £1.9 million need for our running costs.
