Overgate’s second 10k

Great Manchester Run

A fantastic 10k run in Manchester City Centre which is being held on Sunday 20th May 2012, each year over 30,000 people take part in this charity event organised by Great Run. Overgate Hospice have 25 places in this run and are asking YOU to take part on their behalf and join the Hospice Hares Running Group.

We would like any runners to pay for the cost of their place which is £40 and then raise a minimum sponsorship level of £50 for the Hospice. The fundraising team can provide everything and anything you may need to start raising money for the Hospice and will be there to support you on the day. We can also provide a cheering kits for your family and once you sign up to run for Overgate Hospice you will become a Hospice Hare and have the option of appearing on our website.

Leeds Half Marathon

The Leeds Half Marathon has entered a bold new era with an exciting partnership that will see the event continue to attract experienced and charity runners for years to come.

The event will now be managed by Jane Tomlinson’s For All Events, with the first race under its management to take place on 13 May 2012.

The event was previously managed by Leeds City Council and has now been handed to Leeds-based For All Events in a 10-year deal. This partnership will allow the event to develop and grow to be become one of the biggest and best charity running events in the country.

Entries are open now at www.forallevents.co.uk.The Leeds Half Marathon will encourage entrants to run for their local hospice; Overgate Hospice. Just log onto the run for all website, Leeds Half Marathon and choose Overgate Hospice as your charity to support.

The Leeds Half Marathon will be supported by: Leeds City Council, 105 Capital FM, Yorkshire Evening Post, Asda Foundation and Physioworld.

Run For All Leeds 10k

Now in its 5th year the Jane Tomlinson Run For All Leeds 10k will take place on June 8th with 11,000 people taking part. Overgate Hospice are asking YOU to run on their behalf and have 30 places in this run, Overgate are asking you to pay the cost of your place which is £24 and raise a minimum sponsorship of £50.

Run For All, York 10k

Taking place in the beautiful city of York this 10k takes places on the 5^th August and we have £10 places available. Overgate are asking you to pay the cost of your place which is £24 and raise a minimum sponsorship of £50.
