Great Manchester Run
A fantastic 10k run in Manchester City Centre which is being held on Sunday 15th May 2011, each year over 30,000 people take part in this charity event organised by Great Run. Overgate Hospice have 25 places in this run and are asking YOU to take part on their behalf and join the Hospice Hares Running Group.
We would like any runners to pay for the cost of their place which is £40 and then raise a minimum sponsorship level of £50 for the Hospice. The fundraising team can provide everything and anything you may need to start raising money for the Hospice and will be there to support you on the day. We can also provide a cheering kits for your family and once you sign up to run for Overgate Hospice you will become a Hospice Hare and have the option of appearing on our website. Run For All Leeds 10k
Now in its 4th year the Jane Tomlinson Run For All Leeds 10k will take place on next July with 11,000 people taking part. Overgate Hospice are asking YOU to run on their behalf and have 40 places in this run, Overgate are asking you to pay the cost of your place which is £20 and raise a minimum sponsorship of £50.
The fundraising team can provide everything and anything you may need to start raising money for the Hospice and will be there to support you on the day. We can also provide cheering kits for your family and once you sign up to run for Overgate Hospice you will become a Hospice Hare and have the option of appearing on our website. Great North Run
The Bupa Great North Run, the worlds biggest half marathon takes place on Sunday 19th September. Overgate Hospice do not get any of their own places in this run but if you would like to register for your own place and run for the Hospice please visit www.greatrun.org. The fundraising team at the Hospice can provide you with sponsor forms and anything you need to start raising money for the Hospice.
