Specialist Palliative Care Advice

Between the hours of 9 and 5, professionals seeking advice should contact the relevant palliative care team.  For patients in the community, this is the Calderdale specialist palliative care team 01422 379151.  For patients in hospital, this is the CHFT palliative care team 01422 222714.

After 5pm, and at weekends / bank holidays, Overgate hospice can provide specialist palliative care advice.  If your query cannot be resolved by a member of the duty nursing team, they will ask the on-call consultant in palliative medicine to call you back.
