We’re delighted to announce the return of The Big Brew, taking place on Friday 12 June 2026, with the flexibility for hosts to hold their event on a date that suits them.
This much-loved event invites people across Calderdale to come together over a cup of tea and a slice of cake, celebrating our new Hospice as it nears opening, while supporting the ongoing care of our patients and their families.
With our new Hospice close to opening, The Big Brew is the perfect opportunity to raise a toast to everyone who has helped bring the building to life. At the same time, hosts and participants will be helping to raise vital funds, ensuring we can continue to deliver our specialist care to people living with life-limiting illnesses across our community.
Last year, your generosity helped us raise thousands of pounds, and this year we’re inviting individuals, workplaces, schools and community groups to host their own Big Brew events. Whether it’s in your home, garden, office, café or community hall, the idea is simple – enjoy a brew, share a cake and help us make a difference in Calderdale.
