I am a UK taxpayer and have paid an amount of income or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that Overgate Hospice reclaim on your donations in the appropriate tax year.* I wish Overgate Hospice to act as your agent in selling goods you have donated. I wish Overgate Hospice to claim tax on all donations I have made in the last 4 years and all donations thereafter. I am not acting as a business in selling my goods. * I understand that if I pay less income/capital gains tax than the amount of the gift aid claimed on all my donations in the tax year in which they are received, it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
