Lottery

The Overgate Hospice Lottery began in September 2003 and typically contributes over £90,000 profit, which goes towards patient care. Our aim with your help is to double this figure.

Each weekly entry cost £1.00 for one number (there is no limit on how many numbers a person can have). Your unique number(s) will be entered into each draw every Friday. The weekly winners are selected at random and prize cheques are issued automatically and posted to arrive the following week, so there is no need to check your numbers to claim.

There are 9 weekly prizes £750 jackpot, 2^nd prize £100, 3^rd prize £75, 4^th prize £50 plus 5 prizes of £5.

Once you have completed the form please return to Overgate Hospice at, Overgate Hospice Lottery, FREEPOST, Elland, HX5 0BR.

Step 3:

We will then notify you of your number and will also (unless you are paying by standing order) write to you to let you know your number is up for renewal.
