We can provide school or class assemblies on Overgate Hospice and the care we provide. Assemblies can be bespoke and altered to suit the age of the students. Assemblies provide an excellent insight into the work of the Hospice, what our nurses do and how we provide a home from home for our patients. We can also show how fundraising directly helps the Hospice.
We can bring a stall to your careers fair to showcase our volunteering opportunities and how students can help Overgate Hospice at events and in fundraising. We can also attend your school open evening to show prospective students the opportunities for volunteering they can take part in at their local Hospice.
If you are hosting a school fair or a sports day, our mascot Harold the Hospice Hare loves to attend! Harold is a great addition to you event. We can even bring an Overgate Hospice stall.
