Time for Me is a wellbeing group at Overgate Hospice. Each Time for Me session will include refreshments, a designated wellbeing activity, and the opportunity to spend time with others going through similar experiences and gain vital peer support.
This service is for patients and carers of Overgate Hospice, and for people who are bereaved whose loved ones were cared for by Overgate.
Sessions are held monthly in the Day Hospice lounge at Overgate on Monday mornings between 10am and 12pm. Please speak to a member of our team at the Hospice or call us on 01422 379151 if you would like to attend the Time for Me group.
