Memory Tree

Situated next to the main entrance to the Hospice, this unique sculpture offers a meaningful way for you to remember your loved one whilst supporting the vital care given at Overgate.

The tree consists of 500 elegant leaves and seven stone shaped plaques which can all be engraved with the name of your loved one as a lasting tribute. 

The loved one you wish to remember does not have to have been cared for by Overgate Hospice to have their name on our Memory Tree however your donation will allow the Hospice to continue to provide care and support to those in our community who need us.

You can visit our Memory Tree at any time along with family and friends.

Once your leaf has been displayed for the specified time, you are invited to renew it or if you choose not to renew, we will send you your leaf to treasure.

If you would like to have a leaf on our Memory Tree engraved with a personal message for your loved one, you can either purchase one on our online shop, download the form below and return it to the Hospice, contact our Fundraising Team on 01422 387121 or email us.
