Donations Refund Policy

 
All donations made via our Website are irrevocable charitable gifts and are not contingent on, for example, the successful completion by the fundraiser of a sponsored event or activity. If you notice any incorrect or unauthorised transaction please contact us on 01422 387121 or email fundraising@overgatehospice.nhs.uk and/or your credit or debit card provider as soon as possible. If you do not tell us on becoming aware of an incorrect or unauthorised transaction we may not be able to help.
 

Event Fee Policy


Event registration fees or full event fees are non-refundable. Please note, if you have made an error on your event application form, or feel you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us on 01422 387121 or email fundraising@overgatehospice.nhs.uk and/or your credit or debit card provider as soon as possible. If you do not tell us on becoming aware of an incorrect or unauthorised transaction we may not be able to help.  If Overgate Hospice has to cancel an event an alternative date will be arranged or a refund will be given.
 

Fraudulent Use


The only circumstance in which refunds will be made is where unauthorised use of your payment card is proved. If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules.
 

Overgate Hospice Charity Shops:


Our charity shops have their own refund policies. Please contact the relevant shop manager directly with any queries.
