A Breath of Fresh Air is a seven week course of advice, education and information for people with a Chronic Lung Condition and their carers, aiming to help them cope and learn strategies to manage their illness more effectively.

We can help with:
Assessing your individual goals
Planning your future care
Education about medication and psychological approaches
Enhancing your well-being
Talking and addressing anxiety
Support and education for carer
Advice on coping with fatigue 
Peer support

Our Breath of Fresh Air sessions take place on a Tuesday afternoon.
