Support and Wellbeing is an 8-week programme for adults living with a progressive, life-limiting illness, irrespective of diagnosis. The programme aims to promote a sense of wellbeing and a positive approach to living with your illness in a relaxed and caring environment.

The programme includes:
• Access to a specialist multi-professional team including Nurses, Social workers, a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Complementary Therapists, and our Chaplain
• A chance to talk about what’s going on for you, an opportunity to ask questions or time for quiet reflection
• Advice, support, information (whether practical, clinical, social or emotional)
• The opportunity to attend wellbeing workshops
• The opportunity to talk with others living with a life-limiting illness
• Games, crafts; a chance to relax in a safe space

A referral is required for you to attend these sessions.
Adults can be referred to our services through their GP, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Community Nurse, Social Worker, and any other health professional.
Once booked, sessions will be every Thursday either in the morning 9.30am-12pm or in the afternoon 1pm-3.30pm.
