Virtual Day Hospice provides patients in Calderdale living with a life-limiting illness the opportunity to maintain contact with the Day Hospice team via weekly group Zoom sessions. The aim of these sessions is to promote a sense of wellbeing and a positive approach to your illness, whilst also getting the chance to talk with others in similar situations.
