We are hosting a Recruitment Open Day at the Hospice on Saturday 12
th March. With the effecs of the last two years we have found ourselves to be struggling to recruit into a number of positions and we are hosting the event to encourage the many skilled, hardworking and talented people within the Calderdale community to learn more about the benefits of working at the Hospice.
Tracey Wilcocks, Director of Clinical Services at the Hospice said; ‘
As the world is opening up again our patients are still extremely vulnerable and the need for our care is more prevalent than ever before. Our need for skilled, caring and dedicated people to join our team and help us provide this care is currently one of our main areas of focus. The Hospice is a wonderful place to work and I would like to encourage anyone who would like to learn more to come and have a chat with us.’
As well as positions in the care team the Hospice currently have vacancies within Catering, Fundraising, and Volunteering. They also regularly have vacancies in HR, Finance, Housekeeping and Retail, and are always in need of volunteer support across all teams.

The Recruitment Open Day will take place at Overgate Hospice, which is based on Hullen Edge Road in Elland, from 10am-1pm on Saturday 12
