After the success of their Make a Will Fortnight Campaign in 2020, during which we
partnered with five local solicitors so that local people could make a will in return for a donation to
the Hospice, Overgate are pleased to announce that RCM Solicitors have chosen to continue to
support them by offering one free will a month! Local people can now secure the future of their
loved ones, while securing the future of the Hospice for anyone in the community who needs the
care that we provide.

As a firm that practices locally we have seen and personally experienced the exceptional care and
attention all of the staff at Overgate demonstrate in their work at all levels. From the amazing
personal care offered by the hard working doctors and nursing team to the fundraisers who do vital
behind the scenes work each day. It is therefore with great pride that we hope to be able to assist
the patients, families and supporters who access Overgate’s services in the coming months and
years. Following on from the successful Will Fortnight we will be offering a Free Will drafting service
each month.”

solicitor will take the donation to Overgate at the time of the appointment; the suggested minimum
donation is £100 for a single will and £150 for a pair of mirrored wills. If you miss out on any of the
dates available, Overgate’s Make a Will Campaign is back again this year and will run throughout the
whole month October.
